摘要

X比对排烟温度的修正在空气预热器(空预器)性能考核中起着重要的作用。然而

实际试验中只能依据设计X比曲线进行修正

往往导致修正后的排烟温度偏低。为此

提出一种多次修正的方法

即对X比进行多次修正

直到修正后的X比与设计值足够接近为止。通过试验将该方法与传统方法进行对比

结果表明多次修正后的排烟温度高于传统方法修正后的排烟温度

更接近真实值。

Abstract

The effect of Xratio on correction method of exhaust temperature plays an important role in performance test of air preheaters.In ASME PTC4.3the actual Xratio curve is used to carry out the exhaust temperature correction

but it turns out the actual Xratio curve is impractical.So only the design Xratio curve can be applied in field tests.However

it always results in low corrected exhaust temperature.Thus

a multi-modification method was proposed

by which the X ratio is corrected multiply until it is close enough to the design value.Experiments were conducted to compare this method with the conventional one

the results show the exhaust temperature after multiple corrections was higher than that after conventional modification

which was closer to the actual value.
