摘要

对农安生物质电厂的水冷振动炉排锅炉进行燃烧秸秆的数值模拟。通过建立单元体模型分别模拟炉排上秸秆料层燃烧和炉内气相空间燃烧过程

分析不同一、二次风进风量比例对燃烧的影响

得到不同一、二次风进风量比例下秸秆料层的温度、密度和顶层气相浓度分布及炉膛内的烟气温度、速度和氮氧化合物浓度分布。结果表明

模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合

一次风进风量的增加使料层燃烧效率提高;当一、二次风进风量比例在1∶1.2时

炉膛出口NOx浓度值最低。

Abstract

Numerical simulation and experimental study on combustion in a water cooled strawfired boiler with vibrating grate in Nong'an Boimass Power Plant were performed.By building the unit cell model

the straw combustion process on the simulated grate and in the furnace gas phase was investigated.The effect of changing the ratio of primary air volume and secondary air volume on the combustion characteristic was analyzed

and the distribution of straw layer's temperature

density and top gaseous phase concentration

as well as the distribution of the furnace gas temperature

velocity and NOx concentration under different conditions were obtained.The results showed that

the simulation results agreed well with the experimental results.Due to the increase of primary air volume

the combustion efficiency of the fuel layer was improved.The NOxconcentration reached the minimum when the ratio of primary air volume to the secondary air volume was 1∶1.2.
