摘要

针对华能珞璜电厂2×600MW机组和4×360MW机组在锅炉燃烧不稳定时需要快速投油稳燃的问题

提出了油枪炉内备用自动投运控制策略

并相应地优化了锅炉保护控制功能。投入油枪炉内备用自动投运控制功能后

5号机组在负荷为598MW

炉膛压力为-26Pa工况下

因炉膛突然垮焦炉膛压力急剧波动至-295Pa

控制系统自动炉膛正压波动至503Pa

自动投入炉内备用油枪32s后

经过一次震荡炉膛压力快速稳定至-39Pa左右

有效避免了因炉膛压力突变引起的机组非计划停运事故的发生。

Abstract

To realize stable combustion in furnace

rapid oil injection was needed when the boiler combustion was instable in 2×600 MW unit and 4×360 MW unit in Huaneng Luohuang Power Plant.Thus

backup oil gun automatic control strategy was proposed

and the boiler protection control function was optimized.After this control strategy was put into service

the pressure in furnace sharply fluctuated to-295 Pa and 503 Pa due to the sudden coke collapse

under condition with load of 598MW and pressure of-26 Pa in No.5 unit.After a concussion

the pressure in furnace rapidly stabilized to about-39 MPa 32 seconds after the backup oil gun started automatically

effectively avoiding the unplanned shutdown of unit caused by the instable boiler combustion.
