摘要

某台25MW机组经A101检修运行1个月后因振动大而跳机

分析认为是3号轴承油膜振荡所致。经调整3号轴承标高使其载荷分配合理

并调整轴承间隙

减少顶隙

增大侧隙以增加轴承稳定性后

机组起动运行稳定

各轴承振动处于优良水平。

Abstract

A 25 MW unit tripped because of large vibration after one month operation from being overhauled by A101.Oil whipping of No.3 bearing was considered as the main reason.Therefore

the No.3 bearing's elevation was regulated to distribute the loads reasonably

and the bearing clearance was adjusted to lessen the gap on top and enlarge the backlash

and to increase the stability of bearings.After all these treatments

the unit starts and runs steadily

and each bearing vibrates at a good level.
