Analysis on sliding pressure operation technology for thermal power units
With the large-scale integration of new energy sources
high-power thermal power units are gradually participating in peak shaving. The conventional sliding pressure running curve of thermal power units cannot satisfy the safety and economy of the depth variable load operation. Therefore
more and more attentions have been paid to optimizing the sliding pressure running curve. In this paper
the variable load capacity and economy of the sliding pressure operation for thermal power units was studied. The simulation model of the fossil fired steam unit was built
the characteristics of sliding pressure under variable load condition and the practical problems were studied by comparing the experimental data with the simulation model. The optimal main steam pressure under each working condition was determined
and it was proposed that adjusting the burner swing angle and flue gas baffle opening degree can avoid the wall temperature overtemperature when reducing the main steam pressure under variable load.
