通过对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉受热面磨损机理及影响因素深入的分析

得出可供工程模拟计算使用的数学模型

并应用其做了磨损速率对U/Umf的关系计算。针对CFB锅炉实际运行状况

提出了一些预防CFB锅炉受热面磨损的措施

供锅炉运行人员及设计人员参考。

Through intensive analysis of mechanisms and affecting factors for wear-out in circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boilers

a mathematical model can be used for simulation calculation in engineering has been obtained

and being applied to calculate the relationship between worn-out rate and U/Umf.Based on this

and directing against the practical operation situation of CFB boilers

some preventive measures for wear-out in CFB boilers have been put forward

providing boiler operation and design personnel with references.
