Through summary analysis on operation data of several units' denitration system

this paper points out that there are differences in ammonia escape at outlet of the denitration equipments in different combustion modes and operation control modes. As a result

there is obvious difference in ammonium bisulfate(ABS) plugging in downstream equipments like the air preheater

indicating it is necessary and important to optimize the whole process from the aspects of boiler combustion

denitration equipment

and flue gas flow and mixing. To solve the secondary problem like the ABS blockage in air preheater after ultra-low emission retrofitting of the denitration system

it is suggested that the whole process management concept be adopted to control ammonia escape from the source and improve the operation level of the denitration system.
